Alignment is key to a safe and optimal movement/posture. The slightest change in pressure or focus can completely transform a pose. Clients get individual alignment assistance and are encouraged to work on their individual range of motion.

Attention to what is happening in the body and mind is key. Attention is paid to breath and moving the body safely. Classes are designed so that clients can understand and address movement compensations in their own bodies.

Anatomy is addressed in every class, so that clients can learn more about their own body and develop and understanding of their movement patterns.
